Federal logistics contractor for agencies and installations
California Fulfillment LLC provides general warehousing, kitting and packaging, pallet and container consolidation, same-day delivery and coordinated LTL and truckload transportation to federal agencies, installations and contracting activities. Warehousing is performed in nine partner-run facilities in California, Texas, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida under one CFL contract; transportation is performed by contracted carriers under CFL dispatch.
How federal agencies buy from CFL
CFL offers under the NAICS and PSC codes listed on this page, with a size representation made per solicitation against the NAICS size standard the contracting officer assigns — never a global small-business claim.
Requirements are accepted by any of the methods below.
- Simplified acquisition procedures between $15,000 and the $350,000 simplified acquisition threshold
- Set-asides and sole-source actions where the size test applies to the assigned NAICS code
- Target band: $15,000–$350,000, performed under a purchase order, BPA call or delivery order
NAICS 493110, 561910, 541614, 488999 and PSC S215
Contracting officers searching by code will find CFL under primary NAICS 493110 (General Warehousing and Storage), 561910 (Packaging and Labeling Services), 541614 (Logistics Consulting) and 488999 (Other Support Activities for Transportation). Warehousing and packaging are delivered through CFL’s network of partner-run facilities. Trucking codes are not bid as prime: transportation is arranged through contracted carriers holding their own operating authority, and is offered to primes as a subcontract or teaming scope.
Product service codes: S215 (Warehousing / Storage), R706 (Logistics Support), 8115 (Boxes, Cartons and Crates) and 7930 (Cleaning and Polishing Compounds). The full tables, with the CFL service each code maps to, are on the government contracting hub.
Place of performance
Warehousing is performed at CFL facilities in Los Angeles and Ontario, California; Houston and Austin, Texas; New Jersey; New York; Memphis, Tennessee; Georgia; and Florida. Same-day delivery is coordinated within 100 miles of each facility; next-day regional service beyond that radius. LTL and truckload freight is coordinated across the continental United States and Canada.
Warehousing, kitting, consolidation and inventory control are performed in CFL’s network of partner-run facilities under one CFL contract, so the contracting officer’s representative has one accountable party for workforce, safety and reporting. Transportation is dispatched by CFL and performed by contracted carriers whose operating authority and insurance are verified before each tender; CFL remains the single accountable party to the government.
