Pricing

Every line priced. Nothing hidden in “handling”.

We publish how we charge, and the storage rate with it. Your proposal uses exactly these lines — and so does your invoice. If a line is not on this table, it is not on the invoice.

A good fit if you…

  • Ship palletised or cased B2B freight, or mixed B2B and B2C
  • Import by container and need it broken down and moving fast
  • Need inventory positioned on both coasts and in between
  • Want a named person to call, not a ticket queue

3PL questions

Is there a minimum volume?
Not for storage: the first 30 days are free, then $25.00 per pallet per month, so a small account pays for the positions it uses and nothing else. Any pick-and-pack minimum is written into the proposal before you sign, not discovered on the first invoice.
Can I split inventory across the nine facilities?
Yes. One account, one item master, nine buildings in seven states. You choose which SKUs sit where, or we position them by where your orders ship to: the West Coast from Los Angeles or Ontario, Texas and the Gulf from Houston or Austin, the Northeast from New Jersey or New York, the Southeast from Georgia or Florida, and national parcel from Memphis. Transfers between buildings move as truckload arranged by CFL dispatch from $400 and are billed as a freight line, not as a handling fee. Most accounts start in one building and add a second once the order map justifies it.
How do I see my inventory and orders?
In the customer portal: on-hand by SKU and location, inbound receipts reconciled against your ASN, open orders and their status, and every shipment’s tracking with proof of delivery. Exception alerts go to the contacts you name. The same numbers feed the monthly cost-savings report, so the report and the portal never disagree.
What does “next-day outbound” actually mean?
An order released to us before the building’s cutoff ships the next business day from the building that holds the inventory. That is the standard service level on a 3PL account. If a customer needs it faster and they are within 100 miles of one of our facilities, same-day delivery is available as its own line on the same account. Cutoffs are set per building and written into the SLA, so “next day” means the same thing in every state.
