Teaming and subcontracting partner for prime contractors
California Fulfillment LLC is a logistics subcontractor and teaming partner for prime contractors that need warehousing, kitting, coordinated freight transportation and last-mile delivery capacity in California, Texas, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida under their contract.
Subcontracting-plan credit
Whether CFL counts toward a prime’s small-business subcontracting goal depends on the NAICS code the subcontract carries: size is determined per solicitation against that code’s SBA size standard, not asserted globally, and CFL holds no socioeconomic certification. The contracts desk confirms the representation in writing for each subcontract.
The size representation is available on the compliance page for entry in a subcontracting plan or an eSRS report.
Capacity in nine facilities across seven states
CFL’s network is nine partner-run facilities in seven states — California, Texas, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida — with more than 300 people across them. A prime can place warehousing, receiving, inventory control, kitting, pallet consolidation, coordinated LTL and truckload transportation and same-day delivery within 100 miles of each facility under one subcontract, with a single point of contact. Transportation scope is performed by contracted carriers holding their own operating authority, dispatched and managed by CFL.
Capacity is quoted per requirement: pallet positions, dock hours, vehicle count and staffing for the period of performance. Pallet storage is published at first 30 days free, then $25.00 per pallet per month; truckload and drayage from $400; LTL from a $150 minimum. Surge capacity for a defined period is quoted in the same way.
Agreements and turnaround
CFL will sign the prime’s paper or supply its own. Flow-down clauses are reviewed against the compliance summary on this site.
Commercial past performance from CFL’s 15+ customer accounts is available for a proposal on request, published only with written customer permission.
