Ecommerce fulfillment that ships on time from seven states

Store inventory in nine facilities across seven states, from Los Angeles to New York, ship orders next day, and replenish retail partners by LTL or truckload — from one 3PL account, with real-time tracking and a monthly cost-savings report. Ecommerce fulfillment at CFL runs in vetted partner facilities under one CFL agreement, with one accountable CFL contact.

The challenge

Three things we hear on the first call, in the words we hear them.

01

“We outgrew the space, not the lease.”

The warehouse was the right size two years ago. Now peak season means pallets in the aisles and a lease that runs another three years.

02

“Two-day ground from one coast is a fiction.”

Shipping everything from one building means half the country is three to five days away, and the carrier bill shows it.

03

“Wholesale orders break the parcel workflow.”

A retailer PO for forty cases needs a pallet, a routing guide, a BOL and an appointment — none of which the pick-and-pack line was built for.

How CFL runs it

Four steps, one account, one operator with their name on it.

  1. Receive

Inbound containers or truckloads are checked against the ASN, counted and put away. Discrepancies are reported the same day.

  2. Store

Pallet positions in one facility or nine: the first 30 days free, then $25 per pallet per month. Scale positions up before peak and release them after.

  3. Pick, pack, ship

Orders drop from your platform, pick next day and ship parcel or LTL. Wholesale and retail orders build to the routing guide.

  4. Report

Inventory, order status and a monthly cost-savings report that shows what you paid before and what you pay now.

Three questions

What is your freight profile?

Pallet or parcel, container or domestic, urgent or scheduled. Three answers return the line items we would quote first — then build your manifest and an operator prices it.

Questions ecommerce shippers ask

Anything not here: (818) 917-4966.

Which ecommerce platforms does CFL connect to?
Orders arrive by platform integration, EDI or a daily file — the method is agreed at onboarding. Every order carries its tracking number back to you once it ships.
What is the order cut-off for next-day shipping?
Orders received before the facility cut-off ship the next business day. The cut-off is set per facility and confirmed in your proposal.
Can you handle both parcel orders and retail pallets from the same inventory?
Yes. One inventory pool serves parcel pick-and-pack and wholesale or retail replenishment. Retail orders are built to the buyer’s routing guide, labelled and shipped by LTL or truckload to the appointment window.
Do I have to commit to a minimum volume or a long lease?
No lease. Storage is the first 30 days free, then $25.00 per pallet per month; handling is billed per unit. Pick-and-pack minimums, if any, are shown as line items on the proposal before you sign.
